Tyler Thrush: Hey everybody, this is Tyler Thrush with Boise House Buyers. Just wanted to take a minute or two and go over our house buying process with you. One of the most frequent questions that we get when people call in is A, who are you, and B, what is this whole process look like? So I’d like to take a couple minutes right now, and like I said just go over that process with you.
First off, who are we? Well, again I’m Tyler Thrush, I’m the owner of Boise House Buyers, and when you call you’re going to either speak with myself or somebody else on my team. We are a Better Business Bureau accredited business and when you’re on our website, there’s a link that will take you directly to that, so you can go ahead and check us out and see who we are.
We also have a testimonial section on our website as well from our past clients, letting you know how their experience was with us. We care a lot about our clients, and we’re proud to say that we do have those testimonials and that we are accredited, as it shows that we’re serious and we’re here to help.
As far as what the phone process looks like, it’s a quick five, 10 minute phone call. We’re going to get to know you. You’re going to get to know us. Going to ask you a few questions about your property and why it is you’re looking to sell. If at the end of those couple minutes, we both feel like we’re ready to take the next step, what we’ll do is we’ll schedule an in-person appointment that will usually take about 30 minutes to an hour. We’ll walk the property, look at everything, and then again, just go over what it is you’re looking to accomplish as far as selling your house goes.
